No. You can be home or choose an arrival plan during booking. If access is unavailable at the scheduled time, we will contact you and wait up to 15 minutes. After that, the late cancellation terms in our booking policy apply.

No. We bring routine cleaning supplies and equipment for the service you book. If your home or surfaces need a particular product, tell us before the visit so we can confirm it is appropriate and available.
Yes, pets may stay home. Please keep them safely contained in a separate room or otherwise away from the areas being cleaned. Tell us about pets in the booking details and arrange access to each room that needs cleaning.
Reply to your booking email at least 24 hours before your scheduled arrival to request a new date. We can move any deposit to an available appointment. With less than 24 hours notice, we may retain reasonable unrecovered scheduling costs up to the deposit amount; appointments without a deposit have no additional cancellation fee.
